Cheryl Tomoeda
Assistant Dean, Alumni and Development
Cheryl Tomoeda was promoted to Assistant Dean for Development and Alumni in the College of Science in January of 2022. Tomoeda is an alumna of the college having earned a MS from the Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences.
She has worked as a development officer for the College of Science for over 15 years and has shown exceptional leadership and commitment to the university, the College of Science, and the University Alumni and Development Program.
Prior to her appointment in the college, she enjoyed a 22-year career in SLHS as a staff researcher. Under Cheryl’s leadership as Senior Director of Development over the past five years, the college has consistently met or exceeded its fundraising goals.
