If you failed to pick it up or did not contact us at bljohnson@arizona.edu, the cords will no longer be available. We do not order more until the following year, to meet the demand of the expected need for that upcoming ceremony.

We typically mail cords only to students who are physically located outside of Pima county who cannot come to campus.
