Catalina Carlos
Born in Mexico, Catalina and her family moved to Arizona when she was 9-years old, where she found a sense of belonging in the heart of Tucson, a place she proudly calls home. She received her B.S. and M.S. at the University of Arizona and has over 10 years of experience at The University of Arizona as an admissions counselor, an advisor on equity, access, and inclusion in admissions, and assistant director and associate director of admissions. She also served as associate director of early academic outreach, associate director of new student experiences, and associate director of student success in retention innovation.
As a true Wildcat fan, she looks forward to the games, tailgates, and homecoming celebrations -these moments have become an integral part of her identity. While her heart beats with Wildcat pride, it also pulses with the rhythm of Dodger blue. A fervent supporter of the Los Angeles Dodgers, she has experienced the highs and lows of the baseball season but continues to cheer on her beloved team.
