Finding Research Experiences: Research Readiness Series

Want to get involved in undergraduate research but don’t know where to start? Learn directly from student researchers who’ve been in your shoes!

This interactive workshop, hosted by the College of Science Career Center and Undergraduate Research Ambassadors, focuses on finding on-campus research opportunities, including research courses and faculty labs. You’ll learn how to reach out to professors and what makes a strong email or application.

During the final portion of the session, you’ll have time to draft an email to a professor or work on a summer research application and receive feedback.
