Scott Coleman

Director, Marketing and Communications

Scott Coleman joined the College of Science as the Marketing and Communications Director in 2021. Working in tandem with the Office of the Dean, Coleman supports the marketing, communications, and branding efforts throughout the College of Science and its renowned faculty, staff, students, and programs.

Scott grew up in Columbia, MO, and is a proud graduate of the University of Arizona. He began his professional career in media at KOLD News 13, serving as the Assignments Manager and overseeing day-to-day operations and logistics for the news department. Following his time in news, he shifted to a new role as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Salpointe Catholic High School for four years before returning to the University of Arizona to serve in his current role with the College of Science.

In his free time, Scott enjoys traveling, sports, music, and spending time with family and friends.
