How’d you choose your major/minor?
I've always been a lover of the weather so choosing my major was a natural choice. I like to say that the atmospheric sciences are the most relevant science! Weather, water, and climate science are integral to our daily lives. I chose a natural resource minor because it pairs a more environmental perspective with my major. My Spanish and Latin American Studies minors reflect my love for travel and global issues.
What’s your favorite spot on campus?
My favorite spot on campus is the open area between Centennial Hall and the Arizona State Museum. It's a beautiful area with lots of grass and desert plants. I also love the ENR2 building and anywhere around Old Main!
What has been the highlight of your college career thus far?
My highlight of college has been meeting wonderful mentors, including graduate students and professors. They have taught me a lot about academia and life, and have driven my successes and future goals.
