How’d you choose your major/minor?
I chose Computer Science coming into college because of my interest in it during high school. However, I later discovered Information Science(ISTA), and loved the way that it combined Computer Science with Social Science. So, I picked that up for my second major. I decided to minor in ASL simply because I liked the language and culture. I chose to minor in the Entrepreneurial Leadership because of the skills it would give me.
What’s your favorite spot on campus?
My favorite spot on campus is 100% the Computer Science Atrium on the 9th floor of Gould-Simpson. However, a couple of honorable mentions would be Scented Leaf, the Honors College lounge, USS Memorial Lounge, the top floor of Optical Sciences, ENR-2, and the bottom floor of the Main Library.
What has been the highlight of your college career thus far?
My top two highlights of college so far would be either becoming a Science Ambassador or becoming the head TA for an intro to CS course. I honestly love being able to talk with students and help out whenever I can.
