Dev Sethi

Dev Sethi is a partner with Schmidt, Sethi & Akmajian. He represents plaintiffs in a wide variety of complex injury and wrongful death cases throughout Arizona. Dev is a Member of the Board for the University of Arizona Foundation.  Dev currently serves on the Salpointe Catholic Education Foundation and on the Board of Directors of Salpointe Catholic High School. He is an active advisor to Angel Charity for Children. Dev is the past President of Ben’s Bells, an organization focused on the power of intentional kindness; the Arizona Minority Bar Association; Children’s Museum Tucson; and the University of Arizona Law College Association Foundation.

For several years he served as Chair of the State Bar Trial Practice Section.  He is member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a Fellow in the International Society of Barristers, and he is listed in Best Lawyers in America, which named him Personal Injury Lawyer of the Year in 2023, Products Liability Lawyer of the Year for 2024, and Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year for this year.   He is a fierce Arizona Wildcats’ fan.
