Heather Keller
Heather Keller is the Career Coach for the College of Science at the University of Arizona. In this role she is focused on providing career and professional development resources and support to Mathematics & Computational Sciences, Earth Sciences, and Physical & Space Sciences students.
Prior to joining the College of Science Career Center at the U of A, Heather had gained extensive experience providing career development guidance to job seekers of all levels in the life science and healthcare industries. She received her BS in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California at Davis and began her career as a Research Associate in biotechnology. Heather then transitioned into her role as a life sciences Recruiter which entailed coaching candidates through their job search, interview, and hiring processes. Heather’s recruiting background allows her to offer practical, actionable advice as a career coach to graduates entering the workforce.
Outside of her work at the University, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking the beautiful trails in and around Tucson and discovering the next great restaurant in this foodie city.
